LineTrac
Transmission and distribution foundation construction utilizing a specialized fleet of drilling and tooling equipment to support a wide range of soil conditions and site constraints.
Outback’s team of site foremen and equipment operators are skilled in all aspects of foundation construction. They maintain an extensive fleet of drilling and tooling equipment for use in a wide variety of soil conditions.
Engineered for steep grades, soft ground, and restricted access areas, the LineTrac can travel into challenging locations, dig foundations, set poles, and exit without the need for multiple machines or extensive site preparation. Its low ground pressure and compact footprint make it ideal for projects where environmental impact must be minimized.
By replacing several pieces of equipment with one, the LineTrac improves efficiency, reduces mobilization time, and enhances safety while enabling faster project execution in conditions where traditional equipment cannot operate.

This is an 80,000 Feller-Bunche that has been re-engineered and designed by Outback as a pole setting Pole Hole drilling with Hydraulic Tamps track machine that has the capacity to handle up to 110′ tall poles.
Pole Setting Excavators
We have unique set ups On Komatsu PC 238 and PC 138 excavators with hydraulic tamps to drill set and place all Distribution and Transmission poles.

High Horsepower FAE behind a High Horsepower tractor to grind crush and pulverize any solid rock or heavy rock roads with water or fluid injection capabilities to create a perfect material for grading and compacting.
Rock Hammer
24″, 30″ and 36″ Utility air cluster rock hammers awesome for those solid rock pole holes back up with a 1600 cfm air compressor.
