A high-profile site development project for a new utility-scale battery storage facility and associated substation. The scope included extensive civil and electrical infrastructure work, with over 2,000 CY of concrete placed for equipment pads, foundations, and associated structures.

- 47 PCS equipment pads installed to support battery storage units
- Over 1,200 CY of concrete poured for pads, foundations, and structural elements
- Excavation and spoils management in compliance with site environmental controls
Electrical Infrastructure
- 15,000 LF of electrical conduit installed across the facility
- 50 light standards installed for site security and operational lighting
- Conduit routing coordinated with substation electrical design team
Site Development
- Substation and battery storage area grading and site preparation
